If you have an upcoming trip to Disney World, there are some big changes that will impact many, especially traveling families. Starting October 1st, you will no longer be able to have your rental stroller, groceries, etc. delivered to the bell desk prior to your arrival and will instead need to meet with the delivery person face to face. This applies to all outside vendors! Please note that this does NOT mean you can’t use outside vendors just that you will need to be physically present and meet them face to face in order to get your items. We personally love and have used Kingdom Strollers for our rentals at Disney World and highly recommend them, despite these changes!
If you have already reserved a stroller to be dropped off prior to October 1st, they will honor the reservation past the October 1st date. However for all new reservations made on or after October1st, you will need to meet with the delivery person to pick up your stroller or groceries or really any vendor that is delivering anything to you at your Disney World resort.
Please note that this change applies to Disney World owned resorts only and not all hotels in the area. Kingdom Strollers has a great video explaining the changes in details and what you can expect:
The exact details are still becoming available and we will update this post as more information is released! What do you think of the changes? Will it sway you to stay at a non Disney owned resort?
